I work in a clothing store and size 18/20 is approximately the same size as L for boys and S for men, so in this case I usually recommend S size for men if 18/20 14 / Not available. 16 is too small for any man's size, so I doubt it can compare to the standard size of men. If you want to be safe, choose a larger size that you think is right for you.

I would say the XL Boy is short for men, but men's blouses will be worth a look. So if XL Boy wears shorts, are they too thin for him?
