Hi I currently leave the room temperature controller to the right and the controller is overloaded at 1.5 ur, I increase the room temperature during the day accordingly.

You should set the overload to a minimum setting that is comfortable for you, usually 3 or more during the coldest hours. Therefore, leave the socket in the lowest order only when you are in a room that needs extra heat. If you raise the room temperature too quickly, all the heat will disappear too soon.
