A free-trade agreement signed in 2005 by the governments of Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Singapore and New Zealand designed to eliminate the majority of tariffs and duties on trade between the four nations. This agreement replaced the Pacific Three Closer Economic Partnership (P3-CEP). Also called Trans-Pacific Partnership (TTP).
